New news: Out of 41 states and DC that applied, only TWO as of Jan. 27 have not posted live links to their applications. New York finally made their application public today.

We have been trying to compile the states that have posted their plans, but education blogger extraordinaire Alexander Russo of This Week in Education has more nimble fingers, and has posted 24 states so far (and the District of Columbia). He also credits the folks who fed him the links.

We are including all 41 applicants with live links for the ones who have posted their packages. Let us know if others go live! We're up to 39 with posted applications. South Dakota is keeping their applications a secret to protect their ability to compete, so what's posted is the partial app available on the USDOE website. On Feb. 1, Hawaii told edmoney.org contributor Nirvi Shah it will be releasing it's complete 900+ page application "shortly" and a summary will be posted online "soon." (A link to what's available is now down below.) New Hampshire has put much of their app online too, but additional portions must be requested from their department of ed.
